Ariessence pure PDGF+ is a topical aesthetic product. PDGF means platelet-derived growth factor. It is different from platelet-rich plasma, filler, PDRN and exosomes. Ask which product is proposed and how it would be applied; do not assume an injectable treatment.
Traditional microneedling with a PDGF option
Traditional microneedling creates small skin punctures without delivering RF energy. If a topical PDGF option is proposed, discuss the evidence, possible added risks and separate cost with your provider. Microneedling devices are not FDA-cleared to deliver cosmetics, topical medications or other products into the skin.
RF microneedling with a PDGF option
Genius RF adds controlled radiofrequency energy and has a different risk and recovery profile from traditional microneedling. The proposed product application needs its own explanation and does not establish an FDA-cleared combination treatment.
Separate skin, eye and scalp consultations
The treatment area, product, application and recommended plan determine the price. Under-eye pricing does not apply automatically to face, neck or scalp treatment.
